The Downtown Edmonton Community League (DECL) invites you to its annual Holiday Mixer on Thursday, December 13, from 7-9pm at our office in the Birks Building (346, 10113 104 Street). The party is free for DECL members, but we will also be selling $5 memberships at the door. Hope to see you there!
