Rogers Place Construction Activity

The Build

Construction on Rogers Place began March 2014, and is slated to be completed in fall 2016. Watch the construction activity live with the Rogers Place construction camera.

Overnight Road Closures, 104 Avenue, 101 St – 103 St

Starting January 6, 2015, 104 Avenue between 101 and 103 Street will be closed to all traffic overnight, from 7pm to 6am, Monday to Friday. This will continue for about six months.

Please detour using 102 Avenue or 107 Avenue.

The closures are necessary to allow for the safe installation of the Winter Garden pedway over 104 Avenue, with minimal disruption to traffic.

The January 2, 2015 Traffic Bulletin  details the road closures and area traffic movements.

Steel and concrete structure now underway

The construction of Rogers Place started at a brisk pace and continues to move rapidly.

The second phase of construction started late September 2014, which is building the steel and concrete structure of the building. This phase will take approximately one year to complete.

The September 23, 2014 Construction Bulletin includes details on what activity will be happening on site.
